BOOKING YOUR VISIT

  • If you’re unsure, I recommend starting with a New Guest Experience. This gives us the time to fully customize your service and create a plan tailored to your hair, goals, and long-term maintenance.

  • Appointment times vary based on the service and your desired result. Most color appointments range between 2–4 hours, allowing the time needed for a fully customized, seamless finish.

    You’ll find an estimated time listed with each service when booking, and we’ll review your plan together at the beginning of your appointment.

YOUR APPOINTMENT EXPERIENCE

  • Arriving with clean, dry hair is ideal for the most seamless and predictable color result.

    While your hair doesn’t need to be freshly washed the same day, minimizing buildup from oils or products allows for the most refined finish.

  • Please arrive with clean, dry hair for the most seamless start to your service. I recommend wearing something comfortable that you don’t mind being around professional color.

    If you have inspiration photos, feel free to bring them with you. We’ll go over everything together during your consultation and create a plan tailored to your hair, goals, and desired maintenance.

  • This will vary based on your desired result and maintenance preferences. My services are designed to grow out softly and seamlessly, allowing for extended time between appointments.

    Most guests return every 12+ weeks for their color, with an optional gloss or refresh around 6–8 weeks. We’ll create a plan tailored to your hair, lifestyle, and long-term goals.

  • Your satisfaction is always my priority. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can adjust your service as needed.

  • Maintaining your color at home begins with using high-quality, professional products and a routine tailored to your hair.

    At the end of your appointment, I’ll provide personalized recommendations to help you maintain your tone, shine, and overall hair health between visits.

  • I accept all major debit and credit cards, along with Apple Pay and contactless payments.

    The salon operates as a cashless space. You may pay for your service in cash, though change cannot be provided. For more details on pricing, you’re welcome to view the service menu for starting prices.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any appointment changes or cancellations.

    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service, and no-shows will be charged in full.

    I understand that life happens, and open communication is always appreciated. This policy allows me to reserve dedicated time for each guest and provide a seamless experience.
