The cleaner the hair, the more predictable the color outcome.
The color is strong enough to work while there is natural oils and products throughout your hair, but the cleaner you hair is the better the outcome will be.

Luke warm water will allow your hair to fully get washed and is the best temperature for both your hair and skin.
Cold water is said to help the color stay longer, but it is harder to get a good clean with cold water.
Hot water is damaging to the hair and skin and can make your color washout faster, due to the constant heat damage from the hot water.

The answer to this will depend on what look you are wanting. I take pride in giving you beautiful, seamless grow-out and longevity with your blonding and bronding, because of that I see most of my clients about every 12+ weeks for their color with a gloss in between around 6 - 8 weeks. I will help you find the best look and style to fit your lifestyle.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! It is recommended not to wear anything with a hood or bulky collar that could interfere with the cut.

I accept all major Debit/Credit cards, Apple and Contactless payments. I’m a cashless salon. You may pay for your service in cash, but no change can be provided.

Out of respect for both my time and my guests’ time, I ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee of your scheduled services.• No-shows will result in a 100% fee of your scheduled services.
• More than two cancellations or reschedules in a row will require a non-refundable, non-transferable 50% fee of the scheduled service to hold future appointments.
• If cancellations or reschedules become frequent (more than three in a 12-month period), pre-booked appointments may not be available. You’ll always be welcome to book as availability allows.
I understand life happens, emergencies and unexpected things pop up (it happens to me too). Please keep open communication, as I value both my time and yours immensely.
