Cancellations & No-Shows

Out of respect for both my time and my guests’ time, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee of your scheduled services.

• No-shows will result in a 100% fee of your scheduled services.

• Two or more consecutive cancellations or reschedules will require a non-refundable, non-transferable 50% booking fee to reserve future appointments.

• If cancellations or reschedules become frequent (more than three within a 12-month period), pre-booked appointments may no longer be available. You’ll always be welcome to book as availability allows.

I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. Open communication is always appreciated, as I value both your time and mine immensely.


Service Adjustments & Refunds

Each service is fully customized and time is reserved exclusively for your appointment. For this reason, refunds are not offered on services.

My goal with every visit is a fully satisfied guest. I do my best to set realistic expectations during our time together to ensure the final result is exactly what you’re hoping for.

If you experience any challenges with your hair after our time together, I ask that you notify me within 7 days of your visit.
