Cancellations & no shows

Out of respect for both my time and my guests time, I ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations / rescheduling of appointments.

• Cancellations with 48 hours notice or less, will result in a 50% fee of your scheduled services.

• No shows will result in a 100% fee of your scheduled services.

I understand life happens, emergencies happen, unexpected things pop up - it happens to me too. Please maintain open communication as I value both my time & yours immensely.

Multiple cancellations & reschedules

• More then 2 cancellations / reschedules in a row will require a non-refundable, non-transferable 50% fee of the scheduled service to hold future appointments.

• If cancellations or reschedules become frequent (more than 3 in a 12-month period), I may not be able to offer pre-booked appointments. You’ll always be welcome to book as availability allows.

Service adjustments & refunds

Refunds are not offered on services. 

My goal with every visit is a fully satisfied guest! I do my best to set realistic expectations with our time together to ensure the end goal is exactly what you are expecting, and hopefully much much more! Should you have challenges with your hair after our time together I ask you notify me within 7 days of your visit.
