Cancellations & No-Shows

Out of respect for both my time and my guests’ time, I ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee of your scheduled services.

• No-shows will result in a 100% fee of your scheduled services.

• More than two cancellations or reschedules in a row will require a non-refundable, non-transferable 50% fee of the scheduled service to hold future appointments.

• If cancellations or reschedules become frequent (more than three in a 12-month period), pre-booked appointments may not be available. You’ll always be welcome to book as availability allows.

I understand life happens, emergencies and unexpected things pop up (it happens to me too). Please keep open communication, as I value both my time and yours immensely.


Service Adjustments & Refunds

Refunds are not offered on services. 

My goal with every visit is a fully satisfied guest! I do my best to set realistic expectations with our time together to ensure the end goal is exactly what you are expecting, and hopefully much much more! Should you have challenges with your hair after our time together I ask that you notify me within 7 days of your visit.
